All workouts hover around 30 minutes in length, and are intended to spark your inner craving for daily movement while giving you amazing results in 90 days.

 

21 Day Fix 21 Day

The Fix is an amazing jumpstart to your journey, and quite possibly the most comprehensive program we have in our toolkit. It contains killer workouts AND an intense focus on nutrition, including portion control containers and a corresponding nutrition guide AND Shakeology.

 

PiYoPiYo

PiYo is perfect for the individual with injuries preventing them from dynamic movements such as jumping. Considered a cross between Pilates and Yoga, it’s really a one-of-a-kind workout that leaves you feeling strengthened and stretched. All workouts are well within 45 minutes in length. Do this on its own OR alongside a more intense regimen for amazing results and drastic improvement in your flexibility and range of motion.

 

For the Guy/Gal Short on Time

T25 includes 2 phases of fitness, Alpha and Beta, which helps you gain a strong foundation before moving on. Consider this a fast and easy way to fit in your workout each day and still see amazing results.

 

P90X3 P90X3

Tony Horton has taken the amazing science of Muscle Confusion to a new level with P90X3. While it’s similar to P90X, it’s also completely different. Every workout is 30 minutes in length, leaving you more time in your day with the same physical results: RIPPED. In P90X3, you get a bit more dynamic motion, agility, and speed, all condensed in a 30 minute timeframe. This is one of my favorites.

 

For the Girl Who Just Wants to Have Fun

If you just like to workout with some amazing music and high energy, Turbo is right up your alley! Creator Chalene Johnson makes this program fun and energetic while you work your entire body HIIT-style. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and has amazing credibility in the realm of weight loss science. Your body works extremely hard for one minute and then recovers for one minute, giving you the energy you need to push through, and the metabolism to burn calories throughout your day.

 

For the Athlete

21 Day Fix ExtremeFixExtreme

21 Day Fix Extreme accelerates your results from the original 21 Day Fix with higher intensity workouts (still under 30 minutes) and a meal plan to match. Insanity Insanity

You’ve most likely seen the infomercial for Insanity with Shaun T. screaming and covered in sweat. This program is not for the faint of heart. Every workout is between 40-60 minutes in length and is FULL of intensity. It’s called MAX Interval Training, which means your heart is going to work hard to get you to burn calories and lose weight. If you like to be challenged and pushed, and you like those old high school style practices, you’ll love Insanity.

 

Insanity Asylum Asylum

This is Insanity on steroids. Asylum is Shaun T.’s way of upping your game athletically, insane-style. You’ll use agility ladders and speed ropes to condition your way to superfit.

Insanity Max: 30Max30

This workout is Insanity on steroids. No equipment needed, just a lot of hustle and sweat! The purpose is to “max out,” as in… push to your limit… in under 30 minutes. Shaun T. pulls out all the stops in this one!

The Master’s Hammer & Chisel

For the first time ever, Beachbody has partnered two celebrity trainers, Autumn Calabrese (21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme) and Sagi Kalev (Body Beast) to bring us a program all about sculpting and chiseling the body.
